Return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund

We'll pick up your return from your doorstep at no extra cost
Free Exchanges
Exchange for a different size or color at no additional cost
How to Return
Initiate Return
Log into your account, go to your orders, and click 'Return Item'. Select the reason for return.
Pack Your Item
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return slip.
Schedule Pickup
Schedule a free pickup through our portal or drop off at the nearest courier partner location.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Eligible for Return
- Unworn items in original condition
- Items with all original tags attached
- Items in original packaging
- Items returned within 15 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items marked as 'Final Sale'
- Items purchased more than 15 days ago
- Gift cards
Refund Information
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
Refund Method
Refunds are credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refund will be transferred to your bank account or as store credit (your choice).
